OIN BG US provides services for all library users in the scope of information, library science and bibliography. One can get information and professional help here dealing with library collections, collections of other libraries in Poland and abroad that are accessible on the Internet.

Information Services Dept. has a reading room with reference collection and a multimedia reading room where one can also find seats to work with their own computers. There is also unlimited access for people who want to use Internet via radio network WI-FI.

The collection of Information Services Dept. amounts to 3.000 books and about 140 titles of periodicals. The Centre (European Documentation Centre) has also got access to online database of scientific periodicals and US staff scientific publications.
